Variegated Chain of hearts which has botanical name as Ceropegia woodii is a gorgeous trailing plant for pot or baskets. The plant can trail about 3-4m long and the heart-shaped leaves which have creamy white, bright pink color just makes this plant unique and beautiful.
Care Light: Bright light conditions would be best but avoid direct sunlight. Water: We generally give water this plant once in 10 days, and between watering let the top inch slightly soil dry.
